The TPP 180 & TPI 180 are two families of ultra-compact AC/DC power supplies available in open frame and enclosed packages with safety approvals for both Medical and Industrial applications. Consisting of 6 models within each family offering single outputs of 12 / 15 / 24 / 36 / 48 / 53 VDC with up to 94% efficiency.
The TPP 180 Series are 2xMOPP compliant and BF (body floating) rated for applied parts applications, insuring both patient and operator protection. Using high quality components and high efficiency topologies enables a wide operating temperature range and high reliability exceeding 1.14 million hours MTBF (MIL-HDBK-217F, ground benign) and supported with a 5 year product warranty.
The TPI 180 Series are approved to the latest IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 ITE safety approvals, as well as EN 61000-3-2 compliance, EN 55032 Class B for conducted emissions and high efficiencies up to 94%. With shock & vibration ratings to IEC 60068, thermal shock to MIL-STD-810F, an ultra-wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, and acceptance criteria for electronic assemblies according to IPC-A-610 Level 3 the TPI 180 series were designed for wide range of global industrial applications.
